Bulgarian ruling majority (GERB) is planning to change the law(s) concerning ecology in order to serve and legalize previous law violations in Bansko done by a famous ski-resort-operating company.
The situation appeals the intervention of the European Commission because otherwise will be established a very unpleasant legal precedent for the European Community as whole.
